Updated Advice: Protecting Food and Drink Supply

Revised guidance has been published for businesses on how to improve protections for food and drink supply.

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) and the British Standards Institute have published a user friendly guide for food businesses on the steps they can take to strengthen resilience in their operations from a range of potential risks.

For example, risks could include malicious contamination or extortion.
