Dumfries & Galloway College are running some seafood masterclass cookery classes, designed for cooks, caterers and chefs. Running just before the Year of Coast & Water 2020 it's a well timed opportunity to refresh your seafood offering.
The classes, which are supported by European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (EMFF), are free of charge for local chefs and cooks. The main objective of the roadshow is to provide chefs and cooks with knowledge of the local seafood available and the confidence to use local seafood to create appealing dishes.
