Scotland's Foodscape - A Symposium

Queen Margaret University's Gastronomy MSc and Italy's University of Gastronomic Sciences are collaborating on a two day symposium to be held in Edinburgh on 26-27 April called Scotland's Foodscape.

The symposium will consist of two days of lectures and presentations, practical workshops, discussion groups, performances, and exchange, and the event organisers are currently looking for participants. 

Participation can take one of the following forms: presenter (of a lecture or workshop); performer (music, dance, video, installation, or other art); preparer (of food or other programming); facilitator (of group discussions); or attendee.
